15 August 2026 | CPO Wind Quartet: "A Breath of Air"

Celebrate the artistry of the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra’s principal wind players in an intimate morning concert. Featuring Feròll-Jon Davids (clarinet), Lisa White (oboe), Gabriele von Dürckheim (flute), and Simon Ball (bassoon), this programme showcases colourful works by Francaix, Villa-Lobos, Arnold, Rubtsov, and Auric. A sparkling start to our 2026 series.

26 September 2026 | Erik Bosgraaf & Cape Town Baroque Orchestra: "The Road to the Symphony"

In collaboration with the 2026 Cape Town Baroque Festival, internationally acclaimed recorder virtuoso and conductor Erik Bosgraaf leads the Cape Town Baroque Orchestra. Experience the evolution of the symphony on period instruments in a vibrant programme that brings the Baroque era to life.

17 October 2026 | Hofmeyr, Mozart, Schumann

A special chamber programme featuring a newly commissioned work by South African composer Hendrik Hofmeyr, alongside Mozart’s Piano Quartet No.1 and Schumann’s Piano Quartet in E-flat major. Performed by Suzanne Martens (violin), Maya Egashira (violin), Peter Martens (cello), and José Dias (piano). A beautiful dialogue between new South African music and the classical masters.

21 November 2026 | Ben Schoeman: Steinway Celebration

We close the season with internationally renowned South African pianist Ben Schoeman. Join us for a Steinway Celebration featuring monumental works by Bach, Kodály, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, and Rachmaninoff. A fitting finale to a year of exceptional music-making.
